ENROLLMENT

2026-27 enrollment is open!

Enrollment for K-12 at Victory Christian Academy is open! Current VCA families can re-enroll now, and new student applications are welcome. Ready to join our Christian school community? Click below to start your application today!

Enrollment Application

Completing the enrollment application is the initial step towards becoming a student at VCA, but it does not ensure placement. It is essential to follow through with the entire admissions process to be considered for enrollment.

Children can be enrolled until the first day of school, provided space is available in the classrooms. Enrollments after the first day of school require board approval.

  • For new students, you will need to create a Gradelink account. Simply enter your information, and you can save your progress to complete it later using your Gradelink login.
  • To re-enroll, login to your Gradelink account and click on the re-enroll tab. Once you’ve initially filled out the form, your information will be saved for future use. When you re-enroll, you’ll only need to update any changes.

Student Requirements

  • Parent Handbook: Reviewing and agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures listed in the Handbook will provide a comprehensive understanding of what to expect at VCA and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Statement of Faith: Parents must agree to honor the Doctrinal Statement of Faith.
  • Eligibility: Students must meet Minnesota birth date and grade level requirements.
  • Birth Certificate: A certified copy of a birth certificate is required.
  • Immunizations: Must be current with the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health or have a medical exemption signed by a doctor on file.

Admissions Interview

The administrator will meet with all new families prior to admission to the school. During this interview, the administrator will ask questions of the parents and students to make sure they understand what VCA is all about and what is expected of them. Areas to be covered during the interview will include alignment with the doctrinal statement, understanding of policies, and other relevant topics. Any questions you may have can be discussed at this time. Call or email the office to set up an interview.

Assessments

  • Placement Tests: Placement tests may be necessary to identify the best fit for each student, aligning their academic abilities with the appropriate curriculum and learning environment.
  • Early Childhood Screening: The public school system requires this, but while we recommend the screening, it is not necessary for enrollment in VCA. Screening is a brief, simple procedure used to identify potential problems, while supporting readiness for Kindergarten and promoting positive child health and developmental outcomes. It is offered locally throughout the year.
  • Special Needs: Victory Christian Academy attempts to meet the needs of individual students as much as possible. Refer to our special education policies in the Parent Handbook.

Probation

All new students will be placed on a 9-week probation period for the purpose of determining the student’s and parent’s willingness to comply with school policies and for examination of academic proficiency. Full acceptance, continued probation, or termination will be determined by the administrator, and if necessary, the school board.
